After the weekend blowing a gale and raining monday is lovely so I give work a mis and went birding and this is what I come back with, All with 1dmk2 and 500f4. monopod for the statics and hand held for the in flights.

I prefer #1 of the standing birds, could you have got away with a closer crop? I prefer #5 of the flying birds with its more dramatic wing shape, although the bird with iits lunch is a good capture.

these are great shots, Im not an expert I just like what I see lol
I would be well suited if i could get a bird perched let alone in flight.
