Managed to get round a whole 3 wildlife reserves today. Seems like the Dragonflies really have come out to play in force now.

All fantastic as always but #1 is my favourite - she looks so gentle and graceful...and her wings look magnificent

1st one for me too mate - could possibly use a tiny bit more space around but it's an excellent image
3rd is excellent too - colours & composition are very well controlled.
2nd is a nice shot but doesn't grab me like the other two do.

Great set as usual though, nicely done

Im bowled over by this shot... such a dramatic display of delicate beauty.
The background sets it off perfectly too ... has a real artistic feel for me this one, really lovely

I want your equipment set up, just looked at the exif on the 1st one and a most unladylike expletive escaped my lips.
That has to be one of your best macro's to date, along with the one on the hand.

Love #1 - the lighting is lovely and really shows off those delicate wings. A little more space around would make it feel a little less squeezed in.

Very nice shots MK. I've noticed lots of dragonflys around too. Had two in my garden on Saturday, laying eggs. Shame I don't have a macro lens!
