According to the Met Office tomorrow morning is looking good up until about 12 so I may just get out and use a bit of film on my daily walks. Saturday is usually quiet so I can take my time and use the tripod.

Met office got it wrong! High winds and driving showery rain - owing to lack of incentive today was cancelled.

Ah, I'm in Devon! Bit milder I imagine. Still pretty gloomy on the edge of Dartmoor... Though defo not heavy winds and driving rain

Yesterdays walk took place this morning on the footpath that is on the edge of the River Wear around the rocky outcrop on which is built Durham Cathedral. Not many people about and the sun was superb at a low angle giving lovely shadows and glancing light off buildings. Not many people meant I could take photographs without having to wait for people to move. Two and a half hours well spent. The film (colour Neg) is waiting for the processor temperature to get up to speed which will be a couple of hours because the water out of the tap was only 8C. It has to be 38c.
