Beginner Town Crier

One could make case for a wide aperture here to isolate your main subject, or maybe a wander round the subject to get a better backdrop. It's under exposed making the whites dirty and the skin tones less than appealing. A lot to think about when firing a shot and I imagine we're all guilty of dropping at least one of the balls from time to time.

Might be something you can do by way of editing to make the exposure look better, just depends how much the image means to you personally.

wide aperture here to isolate your main subject,

You got a point there, Tim…
but I think that it doesn't apply here as there is a great
difference in size that makes the subject unmistakable.

OTOH, your suggestion holds the road when it comes
to the brickwork around his head.

o_O It is an intriguing image- a man dressed to impress, but being completely ignored, by all about him o_O
