Hi, this was a shot i binned till the wife said she liked it so i showed it at the local club where it went down well. Its hard in flat boring herts without mountains, vast lakes etc but doing the best with what ive got. Thanks for looking

Nice calming colours.
lovely mirrored effect, good (opportunistic) placement of the ducks.
Would have loved to see it with the tree not clipped at the frame base
 
Hert's and Essex are tough places for anyone who likes to practice landscape photography.

Nice work, it's a bit soft on the top for my liking but then I noticed you shot it at sun rise so the soft mist can't be helped.
 
I really like this - the exposure, the detail, colours, wonderfully executed but i take the point re the cutoff point in the reflection. A small crit in an otherwise fab image.
 
Thanks for all the comments, seems to me the wife knows more than me as i binned it as a snapshot lol. Seriously think a got an uncropped version with all the tree in shot
