Trees in the mist..

This scene caught my eye as I wandered around Attingham Park before Xmas, (I’m not the quickest when it comes to editing!) Thought it looked a little painterly in the mist and morning sun.

I did try a little contrast boost but thought it took away from how I remembered the scene - soft colours and misty - so preferred it as it is. Thanks for your input though.

I probably overdo contrast most of the time, and it may have been my initial urge, but the processing really suits the photo. You don't always have to have a strong black and white point, lovely photo.
