I was in a garden this morning, and it backs onto a disused playing field that is being used as the helicopter pad for the Open.
Suddenly this appeared...
Out jumped a load of fat middle aged Americans - their dress sense gave away their nationality!
Lots of voices at full volume, natch.
I couldn't see any flyaway shredded wheats, but they were all wearing baseball caps to cover their bald spots.
There was an absence of guys in black suits wearing dark glasses and carrying guns, and as the roads round here remained open to traffic we must assume that The Donald wasn't in the party.
But....he could have been travelling incognito.
