I like that texture it’s perfect. I’m still to find one I’ve been looking for for a while. Saw the most perfect one in a tutorial but can’t find anything similar.

I'm looking on my phone but the texture looks a little too flat - maybe try altering the perspective of the floor area and tweaking the sharpness slightly so that it's a little sharper in the plane of focus? I find it helps when using textures on full length images.
