Trying a HD-Headshot style portraits

I always wanted to come up with something like my own signature style portraiture work. So lately been trying this look for some of my headshots.
I mentioned in the title HD (high definition), this is how people were referring to the look of my portraits so I thought it could be useful.
I'm curious what your thoughts on this look and style.
