Hi Alf, only just started using it but it seems ok if just a little slow to refresh after a full unload. diffusing is the standard diffusers with an extra plastic milk carton to add a little more light softness.

Thanks for that Alby I feel I need to improve the diffusion on mine. I have some extra diffusion but need to look again at it.
