Upgrade Mac's Photos to Pro Level?

I currently use Mac's Photos for simple photo processing. I've added (I think I added? May have been included already?) 'Markup'. Are there any other extensions that I should consider? I'm producing products in Printify, and am running into resolution problemsfor some of the larger items.

Or should I just abandon Photos for another App?
