US cars - open thread

I learned to drive in one of those!

NOT the 'Vette, a Renault 4!!!
 
Too many doors really but I could forgive it that if it turned up on my drive!!!
 
There's some beautiful machinery in this thread! I've been to a couple of car shows but I always get frustrated with people standing in the way. Next time I think I'm going to take a really short lens so that I have to get closer to the cars :)

Hi I tried this, even with a 15mm lens, but then you get massive distortions. Sometimes one is lucky, and there is only one access route to the event where one can stand ...
