I enjoyed the light coming through on the birds, but leaving the background in shade for the nice dark backgrounds. Makes a nice change from the usual green or brown bokeh

It was a very nice change from the endless rain! Wish I'd had more chance to make the most of it, but getting a few shots while visiting family was good enough.
