First visit to one of Alan Mcfadyen"s hides with @Dale.
We spent the day in the sparrowhawk hide, and these are some of my images.....

All really nice shots but I think the woodpecker shot does it for me.

All those shots are excellent, I especially like the third one as it stares at the camera.

Some good stuff Bob, looks a great day for you both.

It might be worth looking at some of the frames taken next to the one with the open beak to see if the nictiting membrane has uncovered the eye in any of them, so you have a nice clear view of all the eye

I'll have a look, but I think that's the only one I caught like that.
 
Always a a good experience at Alan's hide ....A good set but i would just try to clone the nose of the white mouse that is showing the bloody nose.(y)
