Good to have you back Stuart and with a real beauty too! Correct me if I am wrong but this looks like a stack to me (looking at the transition to OOF areas)..

Yes it is...a 7 image stack...as mentioned above :)
 
Really can't complain too much about this shot, detail is great although as it's a stack that is expected. When I 1st looked at this shot I could see a face in there with the Top eyes being the eyes and the bottom eyes being the nostrils. Can anyone see the face?
 
God God. Don't need this when not expecting it. Opened the thread and nearly s**t myself !! I thought 'Shelob' was hanging from my monitor.

What a wonderfully detailed shot but, and please do not be offended, I will NOT be looking here again !!
