After spending months and months of trying to do these again I cracked it today, just a few samples. Now I can start to fine tune the collisions

The only minor niggle I have is the background, I think it detracts a tiny bit from the great shots.

Thanks Neil, ive tried with plain backgrounds and they dont have the same depth as patterned backgrounds.

I've never done shots like this, they look great and the background colour do reflect nicely into the drops... I'm just not keen on the pattern you have used.

Just a thought, what about some glittery paper, should give some nice bokeh, hopefully give you depth and maybe give good reflections in the drops???
