I'm guessing you'd prefer a natural one. Unfortunately the geology of Kent is not on your side for a natural one. Might be best checking out ornamental gardens for constructed ones.

I have a feeling there is an artificial one in or around Ramsgate.

Don't think there are many natural ones around kent. For artificial ones I know that Leeds Castle and Ightham Mote both have smallish ones.

It isn't Kent, but depending where you are, it isn't too far.... Virginia Waters have a decent sized waterfall.
