Hi all

Just a few pictures taken on Sunday at Silverstone. I took my son and we had a great day out, haven't had a chance to look at his days work, he did get some of a crash late into the race at the pit entrance that i will post when I get a moment.

The next couple were taken by my son (posted with his permission) I know the first is slightly OOF but he was just pointing the camera that way when it happened, but thought they where worth sharing.

really nice set. Nice panning.. something i've always struggled with.. hate the blackout phase.. throws me off

Thank you, panning is a technique that I'm only starting to get decent results with. Practice, practice and more practice helps!
 
Those are spot on, great set of photo's. Care to tell us what set up you were shooting with?

These were taken with a Canon EOS 70D with a 100-400MM mk2 lens. This lens is a vast improvement on my old Sigma 120-400mm, expensive but well worth it.
