Not so much a recommendation though I know of both when I supplied them.
Tiny Box Co in Sheffield Park Sussex
W McCarthy & Son in Woolwich, London
The first are box finishers and hot stamp gold block them, the second are box makers who also good block.
FWIW, I recommended Tiny to someone a a while back and though not wedding album, more a prints box the person AFAIK was happy with them.
