I think the 3rd photo looks the best, you have lit the Poppies just right

would love to see a large picture of the first shot, well caught and beautiful but sad to look at . well done

The white sky is a big distraction in that 1st shot.

Apart from the keystoning, the 3rd shot is the standout, with the green and brown of the stonework working well with the reds of the poppies.
