Funnily enough I've just had cauliflower as well, with green beans and chilli-chicken ... my plate looked more appetizing though!

It looked nice when it was done, heated in the microwave then finished off under the grill, the topped cauliflower finished off the presentation. I left it in the container it came in, it melted a little.
