Welsh Coast

Needs a stronger foreground interest for me this, and the light looks very flat.
 
Too dark, not enough interest in the image for me. Have a google for David Wilson, he's a local photographer from Pembrokeshire who does some great welsh b&w images. Might give you some further ideas

punch it hard and it could be a lot better...ie contrast first then maybe some more
