I can see what you mean about the sheep, but I think they're too small to become the FP. If the cattle was in that empty field then that would work as an FP.

To my mind this works reasonably well, but I wonder if the skyline is necessary.

Nice exposure and good tones.
 
focal points are for purists. I know what I like and it is this type of shot. I love landscapes, trees and curves. Oh, I do like curves......
 
I feel the same. I often see a lovely landscape photo and I take it all in and enjoy the view, I dont need a focal point, my eyes dont need to rest anywhere.
I love it.
 
I really like it as it is, i wonder if it would be good cropped to the top trees so you loose most of the misty background?
 
My first thought was wrong time of day - I'd like to see it first thing with longer shadows and richer colours...
 
First up sorry I haven't had a chance to reply to this but been a bit busy with work and wedding bookings
