What colour is a Starling?

Very nice, that is. Looks like a juvenile.Not that I'm an expert, you understand :)
 
Starlings are amazingly coulourful when the sun catches them

@JohnC6 juvenile starlings are a dull grey/brown until their first moult in the autumn

I think it's a grown-up. Juveniles are fluffy and a dark grey colours. This one already has all the iridescent colours. In the non-mating season, they go a duller colour too.
I could be wrong but I've got a lot in my garden having chicks just now.

Yes, you're right of course. I'm aware that the juveniles are brown and what I really meant meant was a youngster. I should have made myself clear.
