What is this?

Any ideas what these are? They were on a piece of wood and about 0.1 mm long. Not a very good photo, although it was very small. The red (see below) might be slightly off.

I think this springtail is still slightly off red colour what do people think? (BTW I have found the cause so there will be no more like this).
I was looking for the rare Caprainea marginata which is found on Keston Common although in 2.5 hours so far looking for it, no luck.

Thanks for that, it is annoying about the WB - I was trying a new diffuser and it is changed the colour, which is annoying, particularly as I am colour blind and find changing it tricky.

Perhaps get a colour chart ? Would you be able to match some colours with that ?

An idea - although it is only a few photos that need fixing (I hope). Sadly one or two were unusual IIRC.
