Yes
went to doncaster wild life park today and while we were sat having a coffee looked up and saw a shimmering dot in the sky stationary,was far too high for an helicopter,anyway zoomed in a lot and cropped a great deal and just wondering if anyone had seen anything like it cheers

Looks like Winnie the Pooh hanging on to a balloon.
 
Weather balloon? - don't see it listed on the NOTAMs though
 
My guess is someones ?0th birthday balloons that have escaped!

Notice to airmen/aircraft, can be seen at notaminfo.com/ukmap - they give warnings to pilots of hazards and closed areas of airspace.
