As I said in the other thread, this is a fantastic image beautifully taken and one to get framed and put on a wall.

@jockwav In a nutshell - stalked the guy for 30 minutes until he wandered into great light! Light was coming from over my shoulder onto his back, so exposed for the highlights. On the opposite side of the road is Windsor Castle, which is dark stone anyway and in shadow, so that "background" area is aleard very dark. Any little patches of light area I then burned out in post (there was a faint tree and a street sign ever so slightly visable).
