Due to lockdowns we haven't been able to get back to Dorset for over a year now. We should have been there for the last 2 weeks, but that has been moved out to May.
I have been going through some of the images from last November and this one really stood out.
The original plan on the day was to shoot the path / trees at Moor Crichel, but on arrival I found no mist. White Mill Bridge is around 15 minutes away and I decided a mad dash there would give me the best chance of mist due to its valley location and water.
I arrived as the light was already kicking off and had to fit in around 3 other photographers who had obviously chosen their prime location more wisely than me that day
The frost on the vegetation and light was fantastic - I still don't think I did the scene justice, but was happy I changed locations and to get a photo from the day.
