Thanks folks. @HopefulM - as long as you stay well aware of your surroundings it's just good fun. The first couple were at Brimham and there were about half a dozen of us. Plenty of eyes to to keep track of things but also plenty of bodies for some of the more ambitious photos we did (which I think had pretty much all of us providing some aspect of the lighting!).

Far too long since the proper Northern crew have met up @Phil-D ;-)
 
We used to have a lot of these on here, one of the members was a pioneer in producing stunning images using locations to impact the flight of the sparks.
As such, I think your third images is very good, using the location to produce a stunning image, which the first two don't have.

Keep it up, be good to see some more creative shots such as these again.
