Its the nearest one that I could see in google .....but as I am sure you already know I am no expert in any bird names

Knowing just a little about how they name things out there, from reading stuff ...... there is probably a Red Cap or a Brown Cap or something that describes the birds markings in it's "English" name

I can see pygmy being appropriate - but I think that just described a group of a few as there are a few pigmy Woodpeckers is that part of the world
