Some photos from the Yashica Mat-124G I recently got.

All taken in Birmingham a few weeks ago. A mixture of Kodak Ektar 100 - pushed 2 stops, and Kodak Portra 400 and Ilford HP5+ - both at box speed. Metering was from the built in light meter.

Ta,
Shane.

Great images and colour , Intresting subjects :):film:

Great selection Shane, and good use of the square format for composition. I think I prefer the colour shots to the b&w ones, although the contrast levels in the graffitti shots are good and maybe make some of the candid the people shots look a bit flat? Just a thought.

Great feedback - many thanks :)

Nice set of shots Shane, I really like the HP5+ shots

There's some very good images in this post. I do like them.
I hope you don't mind i've done a very quick edit of two, cropping out a street light on both and increasing the contrast a little the building one converting to B&W.
I think it makes your images stronger
