Does anyone have experiance on the Zerene Stacker, as I wish to try my hand at Macro, I have seen some images done with Zerene on flickr, but I would like views of users on this site, including cost and purchase details,

If its any help I have, Elements 10, Canon SLR, Sigma 150 2.8 Macro and a set of Kenko 12/20/36tubes :thinking::thinking:
 
Very good program for what it does, i use it from time to time when im focus stacking. Cost is about $89 for the home edition rising to $289 for the professional edition.

Combinezm does the same thing and is free. However zerene seems to give better results where fine overlapping detail is concerned and offers a great re-touching facility to correct any errors.

If your just trying things out either download the trial or use combinezm then get zerene if you really get into focus stacking.
