New Camera Advice - Sony a6700 for Macro?

Hi there, I'm looking some advice on upgrading my camera. I mostly do macro photography of butterflies and use the Canon 7D with the Canon 100mm L 2.8 macro lens. The results are stunning and I've always been very happy with what I've been able to capture. However, I'm now looking for upgraded...

    Entomophthora muscae infected Dung Fly

Will extender work with macro lens?

I have a Canon EF 100mm f2.8 macro lens (non IS), and a EF 1.4 mk3 extender. Can I use them both together to give extra reach for macro shots? I have a EOS 90D DSLR camera. I could try of course but am afraid of damaging the connectors if wrong.

Filming small objects with a Canon - lens selection help?

I want to film small objects from above with a Canon R5. I created a drawing of how much space I have to place the camera (see below). The object size is about 150 mm and I want focus sharpness to extend across ~35 mm. Is this possible? Can somebody help with possible lens options here?

    Toy Car Theme

If anyone is looking for a new theme idea. I did a little project using a toy car in various locations around Ireland. It was just something different, it maybe didn't work well but it did create a bit of thought and consideration. https://www.flixelpix.com/a-mini-adventure/

    Beginner First Close-up ....

First attempt at close up, don't have a macro/micro lens. Considering Nikon 105 micro or Sigma 105 macro. Need AF-S or HSM for my D3200. Alternatively may try extension tubes with existing kit lens and perhaps a Meike MK-14ext ring flash to improve lighting.
