my only crit is the other deer in the BG it takes the line of the closest deer, your pics could do with being posted larger they would look so much better and people could get a better idea about them
 
How good are you with the clone tool Yuri???

I would certainly do something with the "thing" above the head of the foreground deer, and maybe have a go at removing the deer behind it too. Done well (most of the BG is blurred anyway) it would give the look of a single animal with no distractions. Which would remove all the negatives about this shot for me (y)

On theme, but perhaps wait a tad longer so the deer was isolated and looking at you.

Yuri, definitely on theme and loads of potential here. For me the dark/ligt boundary being half way up doesn't look quite right, and also the darker part of the deer merges with the darker vegetation behind (and the other deer as others have said). I know it's tricky; in a shot like this you may not have had much time or room for manoeuvre, so in the end you have to take what you can get!
