For sport bodies I put the fastest FPS cameras. Didn't put the 350D/400D for sport becuase it's only 3FPS.
All of the cameras on the chart can be use for every type of photography, it's just a way of pinpointing specific advantages. Not really saying that the D300 is only good for sports, or the 5D is only good for landscape, but these are the areas said bodys will excell in.
I didn't include the Canon 1D seris or Nikon D2 and D3 seris becuase they are professional cameras, and I don't think pros are really going to need to use this chart to pick a body. I know that there are loads of pro lenses on there, but I think that people who arn't pros still use professional lenses more than professional bodies.
Ideally it's a chart showing cameras that you can get for under £1,000 becuase that's where most, if not all, beginners will have their budgets.
As the title suggests, it's for people who are always asking what kit they should buy, people who buy a 1D or D3 are going to buy it because they know it's what they need, not becuase someone told them it was good.
