I went around to some friends' house to try and take some couple-y photos, but the individual ones came out much better

I really like the lighting on both of these, although there is something about number 1 that is stopping the colours from being as vibrant as I think they should be, maybe the background colour?

Both nice shots though

I also like those, but I do agree with Harvey that the bluey background in #1 is drawing colour away from Lucy.
