Why, Blurry water shots are my pet hate in a photograph.

Try and convince me otherwise :shrug:

I won't try and tell you why you should like them, the reason I like them is it can have a couple of effects.

One is movement, a river is a moving, liquid (not as in water) substance and to see it static doesn't convey that to me.

So for this I like how the droplets are captured as though they are dancing on the rocks and the water is flowing down.

Where as this I just don't like this anymore It doesn't convey movement.

And then you can have a dreamy effect created by very long exposures like Dave's blurry sea above.
 
Not half as good as the others on here, but was my first go at this and well I live in Essex. We really don't have the beautiful landscapes available to make anything too spectacular. :shake:

I Regret to say that I could not see your pictures, just little red x in a box.

Sadly I still remain firmly unconvinced.

IMVHO most of the shots convey anything but movement, they look stationary, frozen in time.
