Hi,
lately currys have had some good offers on some of their lenses, however do not be fooled by there 100mm 2.8 macro lens for £469.99.
The advertised image and canon product number is of the L version with image stabiliser. see link

However if you look closer the product spec is for the non L version, which is what you will get if you order this, which perhaps naively i did.
Luckily i ordered it to be picked up from my local retail shop and examined it before leaving, which is when i discovered that it was not the advertised lens.
After about 15 minutes of them insisting that it was the same product, eventually they refunded my credit card.
I did inform them that their website is misleading as not only is the image of the L lens but also that it specifies the canon product number which again is the L version.
Hopefully they will update the website accordingly.
