Hi All the ball heads I've had including two from 3LT have a 3/8" thread. The Manfrotto monopod I have has a combined 3/8" and 1/4" thread, so I think a 3LT ball head should fit. If not you can get a 1/4" to 3/8" bush off Fleabay for very little. Regards Chris
