    The only bit of material is the inner diffuser of the softbox (be sure to get the twin diffuser version for best results)... But I use that setup and have done for ages without any problems!!

    The Jessops one has TTL metering... this is what the other pins are for... The cheaper one is manual only so the centre pin controls the triggering, but not the power and zoom. This must be done manually using the controls on the flash unit!
