RF-602 trigger and Meike MK900

Can anyone confirm if the RF-602 triggers work with a Meike MK900. This may seem a daft question, but I assume all triggers should operate all modern flash units. I don't expect iTTL but manual mode should work surely. I'd assumed the basic hot show function is transferred from the camera to the trigger.

Your assumptions are correct. If you wanted Ittl, then consider the new Yongnuo 622C triggers, Only a little more costly, but very versatile. Look up the Y622C blog on this forum.

Or.. Pixel Kings do the same as the YN622C and are available in Nikon and Sony fit too!

I believe the cost of Yongnuo 622C's is more realistic. One can also 'piggy-back' the 602's and 603's on the 622 if required.
