I would definitely be interested, would of really liked to of come along on the 5th Feb but I have got planned maintenance on my van this weekend and don't think I will be finished in time. Definitely up for it in the spring.
Yep the fitting does fit and the box has Nikon on it, however I have no telling if it is compatible with the d750 but the connection fits. Something for me to look into further. I am sure the pixel works, as it does everything it should apart from firing the camera. Cheers
As far as I am aware it does but worth looking into. The box it came in did say Nikon and as the plug fits, just assume it would be compatible with the d750.
Thanks Realspeed, unfortunately I have already watched this with no joy. Think I will have to try and find a Nikon owner somehow with one already. Cheers.
Thanks for the suggestion
Redsnapper, yes both on channel 1. I know that the receiver is receiving the signal from the transmitter, as they both light up red when I press the button, cheers
Thanks for your reply, the guy who I brought it off was a nikon user and the connecting lead is a nikon. From what I can see all the pixel 283 are the same and it's just the connecting cable that dictates if it is for a nikon, sony or canon and so forth.
Good Evening all, wondered if anyone can help me? I have the pixel 283 which came from a well known auction site and a nikon d750. I just cannot get the pixel 283 to work, is it just plug in and play as like my wired remote shutter which does work ? Or am I missing a setting somewhere? I have...
It really depends what you are going to do with the software. I use to use photoshop as I never really got on with lightroom but now I have jumped ship to affinity, as it is a lot cheaper and is more than suitable for my needs.
Must admit Simon with no 2, I was not sure myself having the planes cut off but having revisited a few weeks later, yes I have to agree it's not working and thanks for the comments, they are appreciated.
Thanks for the comments Simon & vtecsilver very much appreciated. Whilst I have photo shop and had it for a few years still very much finding my way around it, so comments about raising shadows and boosting contrast and shadows are much appreciated.
Regarding dust spots, I do as a rule take...
Thank you Jason for your comment, yes I do agree that a faction soft but I was not sure if it was camers shake or that I cropped in to much. Most probably camera shake, getting use to having a long lens, Nikon 200-500.
