Yeah, there are no specs listed, but I bet it's about 1.5" in diameter and 1.5mm wall. Larger diameter and wall thickness means less flex, but also more weight, so you need to find a balance.
That'll flex like a fishing rod, I have some here but didn't even bother using it. Check out http://www.aluminiumwarehouse.co.uk/ and find something stronger.
Now I'm using 5mtrs 1.5/8" x 10Swg (3.25mm Wall) 6082T6 tube, and although it does flex, not too much.
Anyone using Woods cups? I'm looking for arms/pins to replace the cheap 7" articulated jobs I have on now, that just aren't up to the job and this seems to be the best option.

Removing the plate, and bolting the swivel spigot...
That'll flex too much, I bought aluminium in the same size but couldn't use it.
Try here - http://www.aluminiumwarehouse.co.uk/Aluminium-Round_Tube/c120_131/index.html
Beam (tube) deflection calculator here - http://www.calculatoredge.com/civil engg calculator/beam.htm
(interesting to see what effect the diameter and thickness combinations have on the bend)

The fixed pins are here - http://www.ggrglass.co.uk/suction-mount-pin/
Not sure if you can buy the Manfrotto jobs separately, I think you'll have to be resourceful or improvise here.
