Bit under exposed. Did you take a number of exposures? I would have placed Elizabeth tower on the third line.

I'm drawn to the bollards and the lamp post at an angle. Really look into the shot I see the fellas hat as a 'bit different'. What am I missing? I'm intrigued? (Not trying to be negative)

Great shot; get drawn straight away into the eye.

Little lacking in the foreground, but love the centre area; you need to watch the horizon as this will make or break the shot. Best to use a level that fits in your hot shoe. Keep at it, that's the best thing about photography you never ever stop learning.
