Thanks for all the info Adrian appreciated. I also have the 90+OM1 with Goxox v350 and homemade diffuser. I also have an STF8 twin flash but havnt yet worked out how to get better diffusion. I have a bit more to learn get to the standard of your images. Bob

I have been watch some videos here they are excellent and really go into the detail. He says that the enlarger lens gives a much sharper picture than the MPE 65. https://www.youtube.com/c/AllanWallsPhotography

I have an MPE 65 and an RF100 2.8 but I have never tried bellows with enlarger lens. I was watch ia video on Alan Walls Photography site he has some great videos on Macro/ I was thinking up to 3x and it would indoors on a table. With probable flash lighting. Thanks

What are the views on above some seem to think enlarger lens Nikkor 50mm 2.8 + bellows give better results than MPE65. thanks in advance
