How do you find the carbon pole Sammy? Much bounce fully extended?

Sammy do you have any pictures of the last two clio shots before you got rid of the rig? they look pretty wide so just out of interested where you placed the cups. Also what is your set up 4.5M or 6M. Nice clean sharp images btw.

What is this track like with shooting behind the fence. The longst lens I have is 200mm on a 1.3 crop would this be ok from the spectator areas? If so any good tips on where to go?
