I noticed this post on hotukdeals, the Sony 28mm F2 FE lens is only £265.15, dispatched and sold by Amazon, I've just bought one, these prices can change rapidly, the price is correct as of 08:15 on June 20th.

I'm glad i never noticed that deal, i already have a GX7 and might have been tempted to buy a spare at that price

I just noticed this on Amazon Prime exclusive deals today, July 15th, it is available until around 1pm, or until stocks run out, the black seems to be selling quite well but only 7% of silver has sold at the moment, you need to be an amazon prime member to buy, but you can sign up for a months...

I have a manfrotto pixi, great little mini tripod, the only downside I find is that you cannot shoot vertical shots with it, I'm considering buying the manfrotto 709b or cullmann magnecit copter.

Has anyone got a Takeway T1 Clampod? I"m thinking of getting one for when i want to travel light, I'd love to hear opinions from other users before i hit the buy button :)

I had the same issue when applying for the £100 cash back for my Sony A7 that I bought from John Lewis, after Sony told me I had not supplied th correct documentation I found the VAT receipt online, which Sony accepted and promptly paid the cash back into my account.

55mm F1.8 has just arrived, looking forward to using it tomorrow, feels great on the A7 :)

I made the mistake of buying the kit lens, i thought for only £200 extra over body price it would keep me happy for a while, but while the quality seems ok, the primary reason i went FF was to have increased DOF control over M43, and putting a fast prime on M43 gives me similar control to a kit...

I'm finding it hard to resist the 55mm F1.8, I think it will be my next purchase.

Has anyone used a Carl Zeiss Jena Flektogon 35mm f/2.4? I'm thinking of getting one as looking to buy a cheapish 35mm that can focus quite close.
