Have applied this technique to some of my latest work. The full size version is 150Mp, which I plan to print big soon. All comments appreciated.

Hi, thanks for looking. To get the motion effect:

Copy layer, add lens correction filter in PS (move sliders to create quite a noticeable change.
Adjust opacity of layer (50% for greatest effect).
Brush out unwanted areas.
