Took a trip down to Heathrow back in and have just got around to processing a few images and this is one I managed to capture when the sun was poking throughView attachment 23450

Great shot and a lovely clear sky too. And I get to try this one out in December when we go on our holidays 
Some trivia then. This aircraft, when they built the prototype was flown in bare aluminium. Once they had painted it it was nearly 4 tonnes heavier. That's a lot of paint by any standards, although not as much as the above noted A380 which was some 4600 kilos heavier once painted, not that I watch the Discovery channel you understand. There, I'm sure you wanted to know that. Sorry.

Here's some more trivia, the 787 isn't made of aluminium, its fuselage is composite material.
