Was fortunate enough to have Saturday's 3am alarm pay off with this cracking sunrise, taken just below the Snowdon's summit.

The pastel tones and the composition on the first shot are beautiful! I really think the slightly muted colours suit the location perfectly. Is that overlooking Devil's Kitchen?

Justified reward for your early start, when it turns out like this its, Cracking work! Its hard to split the two but i think No2 edges it the light it spectacular in the foreground, the light and shadow is fantastic here across the Llyn, Its a beauty Dan.
Its lovely on those mornings just to stand there and suck it all in unfolding before you. Well done and nicely shot

Very nice, struggle to choose between these as the light and landscape is so impressive. For me the wider view and the slightly softer light in 1 works best, the flare tops it off a treat.

Gaz, I went up via the Watkins Path, set off at 0300 got there about 0530 if I remember.
